High vibrations and joy breadcrumbs
Ok, it’s decided. I’ve had a ton of fun dates recently and although I do not know who I am going to marry, I do know how I want my wedding party to behave. And it looks a little bit like this:
When you’re making choices based on joy and high vibrations, everything else sorta falls into place. You don’t need to figure it all out. You don’t need to toil away or try-try-try.
I’ve been making videos for a year now (happy anniversary! 
) and more recently, leading teleclasses.
Why? Um … cuz I like it.
That’s really it. I’m just following inspired action and picking up a trail of joy breadcrumbs and boy has it been an awesome ride!
I love to travel and following this trail has brought me on 8 trips this year. Just this month, with no pushing of any sort, I’ve been asked to do a bunch of really awesome joint ventures with people. Next week I’m flying out to California to record and edit video promos for one of my favorite clients in the whole, wide world. I’ve met people I used to watch and admire, have been to their houses and hung out with their families and have come to call them some of my dearest friends.
Inspired action is like that. You may not know why you are doing it, you may not know the end result, but what you do know is that what you are doing feels good. And that’s all that matters.
Drop the thought, “I need to know.”
Drop the thought, “I should only do things that make money.”
Drop the thought, “Where is this leading?”
Drop the focus on what you do not know and begin focusing on what you do know. “This feels good.” That’s all you need to know. Just follow your own particular joy breadcrumbs and your life will unfold in surprising and fascinating and delightful ways. Promise.

wow! that was a lot of fun!! thanks!
i have to admit that at first i was a little uncomforatable watching that…like omg! you can’t do *that* in church. but all the joyful, smiling faces helped me to relax into and remember that it’s all supposed to feel good. and dancing absolutely feels good!!!!

I had the exact same reaction, Tia! Laughter then tears. I *so* want my wedding to have this very same energy, I watch it whenever I want to smile and feel good.
I know what you mean, Exhale, about the joyful, smiling faces. The last time I watched it I noticed this older gentleman in the front right of the screen clapping along and it was really precious.

Yay for different weddings! I don’t know who I’m going to marry either , but I do know that I have no desire to have a traditional wedding. If I am going to have an event of celebration, then dammit, it’s going to be about celebrating! For everyone! Not just for the guests.

When I watched it yesterday, I thought “Abraham would be proud of us” and when I watched it again today (was finding the link to share with a client) I watched it and thought “Of course, how ELSE would you do it?”
I want this kind of subversive fun in everything I do from now on.

This is my first visit to your blog and I thought this posting very inspiring with lots of good advice in it. You give a wonderful definition of “inspired action”, something I’ve always wanted to get a better grasp of. Not being so obsessed about making money, not being so focused on the end result, not trying and toiling so much – that actually feels like a big relief to me! I especially love the image of the “joy breadcrumbs”, I’m sure this will stay with me.
